How do you write a declarative interrogative sentence?

You can't write a declarative interrogative sentence because they are contradictory terms!

* Declarative sentences make statements and are typically used to convey information. They end with a period (.).

* Interrogative sentences ask questions and end with a question mark (?).

Let's look at some examples:

Declarative: The sky is blue.

Interrogative: Is the sky blue?

You can combine these types into a complex sentence, but the core idea remains the same. For example:

Complex Sentence with Declarative and Interrogative Clauses: *I know the sky is blue, but can you tell me why it appears that way?*

Here, the first clause "I know the sky is blue" is declarative, while the second clause "can you tell me why it appears that way?" is interrogative.
