* Auxiliary Verb: A helping verb that modifies the main verb's tense, mood, or voice.
Common Auxiliary Verbs:

* Have: has, have, had, having
* Do: do, does, did
* Will: will, would
* Shall: shall, should
* Can: can, could
* May: may, might
* Must: must
Examples:
* Main verb: "run"
* Verb Phrase: "is running" (main verb: run, auxiliary verb: is)
