How do you write how does in a contraction?

You can't write "how does" as a contraction in standard English. Contractions combine two words into one by shortening the first word and adding an apostrophe.

However, there is a common informal contraction for "how do you" which is "how'd'ya." This is mostly used in spoken language and is considered very casual.
