2 main components to have a complete sentence?

The two main components of a complete sentence are:

1. Subject: This is the noun or pronoun that performs the action or is described in the sentence. It answers the question "who?" or "what?"

2. Verb: This is the word or phrase that describes the action or state of being of the subject. It answers the question "what does the subject do?" or "what is the subject?"

Let's look at an example:

The cat sleeps.

* Subject: Cat

* Verb: Sleeps

Here, the subject "cat" is performing the action of "sleeping."
