What 3 things are in a sentence?

A sentence typically contains these three things:

1. Subject: The person, place, or thing that the sentence is about.

2. Verb: The action or state of being that the subject is doing or experiencing.

3. Object: The person, place, or thing that is being acted upon by the verb.

Example:

The dog (subject) chased (verb) the ball (object).
