What is the definition of decendents?

Descendants are the offspring of a particular ancestor. They are all the individuals who are related to someone through their lineage, going down through generations.

Here are some examples:

* Your descendants are your children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and so on.

* The descendants of Abraham Lincoln include all of his children, their children, and so forth, down to the present day.

Note: The term "descendant" can be used for both individuals and groups of people.
