Where you are is it grammatically wrong?

"Where you are" is grammatically correct when used as a question or a clause in a sentence.

Here are some examples:

* Question: "Where you are?" (This is grammatically correct, but it's missing a question mark and would be better written as "Where are you?")

* Clause: "I don't know where you are."

However, it's not a complete sentence on its own. It needs to be part of a larger sentence or question.
