When do you add at the end of a word?

You add "at" to the end of a word when you're forming the past participle of a verb that ends in "ate".

For example:

* Create becomes created

* Evaluate becomes evaluated

* Celebrate becomes celebrated

The "at" ending indicates that the action has been completed.
