Should gram and pap be capitalized in a sentence?

"Gram" and "pap" are not capitalized in a sentence unless they are at the beginning of the sentence or part of a proper noun.

Here are some examples:

* Not capitalized: She gave me a gram of sugar.

* Capitalized: Gram gave me a gram of sugar.

* Capitalized (part of a proper noun): I went to the Pap Museum of Art.

Important Note: "Gram" is often used as a shortened form of "grandmother," which should always be capitalized.
