What do aka and fyi mean?

Here's what "aka" and "FYI" mean:

* AKA stands for "also known as". It's used to introduce an alternative name or alias for a person, place, or thing.

Example: "My friend, AKA John, is coming over for dinner."

* FYI stands for "for your information". It's used to convey information that might be useful or interesting to the recipient, but isn't necessarily urgent or requiring a response.

Example: "FYI, the meeting has been moved to tomorrow at 10 am."
