Is god an abstract noun or a concrete noun?

"God" is an abstract noun. Here's why:

* Abstract nouns refer to concepts, ideas, qualities, or states of being that cannot be touched or physically experienced.

* Concrete nouns refer to things that can be touched or physically experienced.

While different religions may have different conceptions of God, the fundamental idea of God is a spiritual entity, a higher power, or a force that is beyond our physical senses. This makes it an abstract concept.

Here's an example:

* Concrete: "The church is a beautiful building." (Church is a physical structure)

* Abstract: "He has faith in God." (God is a belief, not a physical entity)
