Can you define an action in your own words?

An action is like a verb that turns into reality. It's something you do that changes the world around you, even if it's just a tiny bit. It can be big, like building a house, or small, like picking up a dropped pencil.

Actions can be intentional (you choose to do them) or unintentional (they happen without you planning them). They can be physical (using your body) or mental (thinking or feeling).

Most importantly, an action always has a consequence, even if it's just a change in your own thoughts or feelings.
