Is belief an abstarct or concrete noun?

"Belief" is an abstract noun.

Here's why:

* Abstract nouns refer to concepts, ideas, qualities, or states of mind that cannot be touched or physically experienced.

* Concrete nouns refer to things that can be touched, seen, heard, smelled, or tasted.

You can't hold a belief in your hand, or see it with your eyes. It's an idea or a state of mind.
