What sound does a butterfly make?

Butterflies don't actually make any sounds that we can hear. They don't have vocal cords or any other mechanisms to create sound.

They might *appear* to make sounds when their wings flutter quickly, creating a buzzing or rustling noise as they fly. However, this sound is simply the air moving around their wings, not a sound the butterfly itself is producing.
