Is entire a pronoun verb or adjective?

"Entire" is an adjective.

Here's why:

* Adjectives describe nouns. "Entire" tells us more about a noun, like "the entire cake" or "the entire team."

* Pronouns replace nouns. "Entire" doesn't replace a noun.

* Verbs show action or state of being. "Entire" doesn't indicate action.
