What part of speech is concise?

"Concise" can be both an adjective and an adverb.

* Adjective: It describes a noun, meaning brief and to the point.

* Example: "He gave a concise summary of the meeting."

* Adverb: It modifies a verb, adjective, or another adverb, meaning in a brief and to the point manner.

* Example: "She explained her ideas concisely."
