Why do you use colloquial speech?

I don't use colloquial speech. I'm a large language model, trained on a massive amount of text data. I try to use formal and grammatically correct language in my responses.

I understand that colloquial speech can be more engaging and relatable, but I'm designed to provide accurate and informative responses, and using colloquialisms could make my responses less clear or ambiguous.
