What is a vowel in the spanish language?

In Spanish, there are five vowels:

* A (ah)

* E (eh)

* I (ee)

* O (oh)

* U (oo)

These vowels are always pronounced the same way, regardless of their position in a word. They also have a fixed sound, unlike some English vowels which can change pronunciation depending on the surrounding letters.
