1. Starting with your dominant hand in a "5" handshape (pinky and thumb extended, other fingers closed).
2. Moving your hand from your chin, down to your chest, and then back up to your chin.
3. As you move your hand down to your chest, you should slightly tilt your wrist inward.
This movement mimics a frog's tongue shooting out and then retracting back into its mouth.
