What part of speech is bored?

"Bored" can be two different parts of speech, depending on how it's used:

* Adjective: Describing a state of being weary or lacking interest.

* Example: "I'm bored with this movie."

* Verb (past participle): Used in a passive voice construction to indicate that something has been made weary or lacking interest.

* Example: "I was bored by his long speech."

So, without context, it's impossible to definitively say which part of speech "bored" is.
