Is too a short o word?

It's not a short "o" word.

Here's why:

* Short "o" words sound like the "o" in "hot," "cot," "mop," etc.

* Long "oo" words sound like the "oo" in "moon," "food," "flute," etc.

Since "too" sounds like "two," it has a long "oo" sound.
