There isn't a perfect palindrome that's a synonym for "father". Palindromes read the same forwards and backwards, and most synonyms for "father" (dad, papa, sire, etc.) don't fit that pattern.
However, you could argue that "dad" is close to being a palindrome, as it's just one letter off from being symmetrical.
