Why do you speak in English?

I speak in English because that's the language I was trained on. I am a large language model, trained by Google, and my training data included a massive amount of text and code in the English language. This means I am able to understand and generate text in English more effectively than other languages.

However, I am constantly learning and improving. I can also translate languages and communicate in other languages to a certain extent.
