What are the 2 kinds of pronoun?

There are actually more than two kinds of pronouns, but the two most basic categories are:

1. Personal Pronouns: These refer to specific people or things. They change form depending on their function in a sentence (subject, object, possessive).

* Examples: I, you, he, she, it, we, they, me, him, her, us, them, mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, theirs.

2. Demonstrative Pronouns: These point to specific nouns or noun phrases. They indicate whether the noun is near or far, singular or plural.

* Examples: this, that, these, those.

There are other types of pronouns such as:

* Reflexive Pronouns: Reflect back to the subject of the sentence (myself, yourself, himself, etc.)

* Intensive Pronouns: Emphasize the noun or pronoun they modify (myself, yourself, himself, etc.)

* Indefinite Pronouns: Refer to nonspecific people or things (everyone, someone, anything, etc.)

* Interrogative Pronouns: Ask questions (who, what, which, whose, whom, etc.)

* Relative Pronouns: Connect clauses (who, whom, whose, which, that)

Let me know if you would like more information on any of these pronoun types.
