In Napoli language meaning of jam?

"Jam" in the Neapolitan dialect is "marmellata".

It's the same as the Italian word, just pronounced with a Neapolitan accent.

For example, you might hear someone say:

"Damme na fetta 'e pane cu 'a marmellata"

(Give me a slice of bread with jam)
