Does the word technology have a prefix and or suffix if so what is it are they?

The word "technology" does not have a traditional prefix or suffix in the way that words like "unhappy" (prefix "un") or "quickly" (suffix "ly") do.

However, it's worth noting that "technology" is derived from the Greek words:

* τέχνη (techne) meaning "art, craft, skill"

* λογία (logia) meaning "study of"

So, you could argue that "tech" acts as a kind of root word or stem, and "logy" functions as a suffix indicating a field of study.
