Is census a noun verb or an adjective?

"Census" can be both a noun and a verb.

* Noun: A census is a count of a population, often including other details like age, sex, occupation, etc.

* Example: "The 2020 census recorded a population of 331 million in the United States."

* Verb: To census means to count the population of an area.

* Example: "The government is going to census the country next year."

It's not an adjective.
