Ndugu ino ya mũthenya (pronounced: N-doo-goo ee-no ya moo-the-nya)
This literally translates to "the eighth hour of the day".
You can also say:
* Indi ya mũthenya (pronounced: In-dee ya moo-the-nya), which means "eight o'clock in the morning."
