What area of study has a name that does not come from the Greek language?

There are many areas of study with names that don't come from Greek! Here are a few examples:

* Chemistry: Derived from the Arabic word "al-kīmiyā'" which means "alchemy".

* Algebra: Derived from the Arabic word "al-jabr" meaning "the reunion of broken parts".

* Calculus: While the word itself is Latin, the concept originated in India.

* Statistics: Ultimately derived from the Latin word "status" meaning "state".

* Physics: Derived from the Greek "physikos" but the word itself is a latinization of that Greek word.

* Linguistics: While derived from Latin, the concept of studying language predates both Latin and Greek.

This is just a small sample! Many areas of study have roots in languages other than Greek.
