What are the five latin languages?

There is no such thing as "five Latin languages".

Latin itself is a single language.

However, it's true that several Romance languages evolved from Latin. Here are some of the most prominent ones:

* Italian

* Spanish

* French

* Portuguese

* Romanian

These languages are called Romance languages because they all stem from the Vulgar Latin spoken by the common people of the Roman Empire, as opposed to the Classical Latin used in literature and formal settings.
