* South America: Almost all of South America speaks Spanish.
* Europe: Spain, and some parts of the Canary Islands are Spanish speaking.
* Africa: Spanish is spoken in Equatorial Guinea.
It's important to note that Spanish is also spoken in other parts of the world, like the Philippines (a result of Spanish colonization), but these are not considered "continents."
