Who can speak all the languages in world?

Nobody can speak all the languages in the world. Here's why:

* The sheer number of languages: There are thousands of languages spoken around the world, with estimates ranging from 6,000 to 7,000.

* Language complexity: Each language has its own unique grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Learning even a few languages is a significant undertaking, let alone all of them.

* Language evolution: Languages constantly evolve and change, making it impossible to master them all even if someone could learn them quickly.

While some individuals might be fluent in several languages, speaking them all is simply not possible.
