What countries use the Spanish currency Colon?

The Spanish currency Colón is not currently used by any country.

The Colón was the official currency of Costa Rica from 1896 to 2014. It was replaced by the Costa Rican colón (CRC), which still remains in use today.

There is also the Colón of El Salvador (SVC), but it was discontinued as legal tender in 2001, when the country adopted the US dollar as its official currency.

Therefore, the Colón is not used by any country currently.
