* Cuba
* Dominican Republic
* Puerto Rico (US Territory)
There are also several Caribbean islands that are not independent countries, but have Spanish as their official language:
* Virgin Islands (Spanish) (British Overseas Territory) - While the main Virgin Islands are a British territory, there is a small Spanish-speaking island called "Spanish Virgin Islands" (Isla de Culebra) which is part of Puerto Rico.
* Trinidad and Tobago (Trinidad has a significant Spanish-speaking population due to historical immigration).
* St. Maarten/Sint Maarten (This island is split between the Netherlands and France, but the Dutch side has a sizable Spanish-speaking community.)
It's also worth noting that in some other Caribbean countries, like Jamaica, there's a significant presence of Spanish due to historical ties and migration.
