What languages are spoken in Yukon Canada?

The most common language spoken in Yukon, Canada is English, spoken by the vast majority of the population.

However, there are also several Indigenous languages spoken in Yukon:

* Southern Tutchone: Spoken in the southern part of the territory.

* Northern Tutchone: Spoken in the northern part of the territory.

* Tagish: Spoken in the Tagish Lake area.

* Kaska: Spoken in the southwestern part of the territory.

* Gwich'in: Spoken in the northeastern part of the territory.

* Hän: Spoken in the central part of the territory.

* Dene: Spoken in the central part of the territory.

While these Indigenous languages are still spoken by many people in Yukon, they are considered endangered languages due to a decline in use and transmission to younger generations. There are efforts underway to revitalize these languages and ensure their survival.
