What is the name of caricom countries which do not speak English?

CARICOM (Caribbean Community) has 15 member states. Of those, only one does not have English as an official language:

* Haiti, where the official languages are French and Haitian Creole.

It's important to note that while English is the official language in most CARICOM countries, many also have other languages spoken within their borders, including Creole languages, Spanish, and indigenous languages.
