What are some countries that speak French in the South Pacific?

There are no countries in the South Pacific that officially speak French.

However, there are a few territories that are part of France and therefore speak French:

* French Polynesia: This is a collection of islands in the South Pacific that is an overseas collectivity of France.

* New Caledonia: This is an island located east of Australia that is also an overseas territory of France.

* Wallis and Futuna: This is a small archipelago located east of Fiji that is an overseas collectivity of France.

While French is the official language in these territories, there are also indigenous languages spoken within these regions.
