How many continents speak another language but English?

This question is a bit tricky to answer directly. Here's why:

* Continents don't speak languages, people do. While continents are geographic areas, it's the people who live on them who speak different languages.

* All continents have diverse languages. There's no continent where English is the *only* language spoken.

Here's a better way to think about it:

* Every continent has a majority language that isn't English. For example, Spanish in South America, Mandarin in Asia, Arabic in Africa, and Portuguese in South America.

* Every continent has many languages besides English and its majority language. There are thousands of languages spoken around the world!

So, while we can't say a continent "speaks another language but English", we can say that every continent has a diverse range of languages, including many that are not English.
