What country is Aramaic?

Aramaic isn't a country, it's a language.

It was historically spoken in a large region of the Middle East, including parts of what are now:

* Syria

* Iraq

* Iran

* Turkey

* Israel

* Jordan

* Lebanon

* Saudi Arabia

Today, Aramaic is still spoken by a small number of people in some of these regions, primarily in communities like the Assyrian Christians in Iraq and Syria.

It's also notable for its historical significance, as it was the language of Jesus and the early Christians, and was widely used in the ancient Middle East.
