What country in Asia speaks Spanish?

There is no country in Asia that speaks Spanish as its primary language.

While Spanish is spoken in some parts of Asia, it is generally due to historical factors, immigration, or trade relationships. For example, Spanish is spoken in:

* The Philippines: Spanish was the official language during the Spanish colonial period (1565-1898), but it is no longer widely spoken today.

* East Timor: Portuguese, a language closely related to Spanish, was the official language during the Portuguese colonial period (1515-1975).

* Other parts of Southeast Asia: There are small communities of Spanish speakers in places like Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, mainly due to immigration or trade relationships.

However, no country in Asia has Spanish as its official language or the primary language spoken by the majority of its population.
