1. Starting with your dominant hand in a "5" handshape (thumb extended, fingers closed and together).
2. Bring your hand down to your chest, palm facing you.
3. Then, rotate your wrist outward, so your palm faces forward, while keeping your hand close to your chest.
Important Note: This sign is often used in conjunction with other signs, such as the sign for "letter" to indicate the letter "T" specifically.
