Do most Chinese people have dimples?

It's impossible to say whether "most" Chinese people have dimples. Here's why:

* Dimples are a genetic trait. Like any other genetic trait, they can occur in people of all ethnicities and backgrounds.

* There's no definitive data on dimple prevalence in any population. It's not something researchers typically study.

* Perception can be subjective. What one person considers a "dimple" another might not.

In short, there's no correlation between having dimples and being Chinese. Just like any other population group, Chinese people have a range of physical features, including the presence or absence of dimples.
