Is the Mexican language same as Spanish language?

While Mexican Spanish is very similar to the Spanish spoken in Spain and other Spanish-speaking countries, it's not exactly the same.

Here's why:

* Regional variations: Just like English has different accents and dialects in the US, UK, Australia, etc., Spanish has regional variations throughout the world. Mexican Spanish has its own unique vocabulary, pronunciation, and grammatical nuances.

* Influence of indigenous languages: The Mexican language has been influenced by indigenous languages like Nahuatl, resulting in unique expressions and words.

* Cultural influences: The culture and history of Mexico have also shaped the language, leading to certain expressions and idioms that are specific to Mexican Spanish.

So, while Mexican Spanish is primarily Spanish, it has its own distinct characteristics that set it apart from other varieties of the language.

Think of it like this: If someone from London and someone from New York were to speak English, you'd likely hear some differences in their accents and vocabulary. The same applies to Spanish spoken in Mexico vs. Spain.
