What are the non English speaking members of CARICOM?

CARICOM, the Caribbean Community, is a regional organization composed of 15 member states. While English is the official language in most, there are 3 non-English speaking members:

* French:

* Haiti (Haitian Creole and French)

* Dominica (English and French Creole)

* Dutch:

* Suriname (Dutch, Sranan Tongo, English)

It is important to note that while English is the official language in Dominica, a significant portion of the population speaks French Creole. In Suriname, while Dutch is the official language, Sranan Tongo (a creole language based on English) is widely spoken, and English is also recognized as an official language.
