What language is lithium from?

Lithium is not from a specific language. It's a chemical element, and its name comes from the Greek word "lithos", meaning "stone".

The name "lithium" was given to the element by its discoverer, Johan August Arfwedson, in 1817. He chose this name because he discovered lithium in a mineral called petalite, which is a type of rock.
