When do you capitalize culture?

You capitalize "culture" when it:

* Refers to a specific culture:

* "Japanese Culture"

* "The Culture of the 1920s"

* "The Culture of the Navajo people"

* Is part of a proper noun:

* "Culture Club"

* "The Culture of the South"

* "Culture Wars"

* Is used as an adjective in a proper noun:

* "Cultural Revolution"

* "Cultural Studies"

* Is used in a title:

However, you do not capitalize "culture" when:

* It refers to culture in general:

* It's used as a general noun:
