What language did Romeo and Juliet speak was it Russian or what?

Romeo and Juliet, written by William Shakespeare, was written in Early Modern English. This was the language spoken in England during Shakespeare's time, from the late 1500s to the early 1600s. It was a very different language from the English we speak today, with a more formal vocabulary and different grammatical structures.

While there are similarities between Early Modern English and other Germanic languages, it was definitely not Russian. Russian is a Slavic language, belonging to a completely different language family.
