Who was the first person to speak foreign language?

It's impossible to know who the first person to speak a foreign language was. Here's why:

* Language Evolution: Languages evolve over time, so what we consider a "foreign language" today may have been a dialect or a closely related language in the past.

* No Written Records: There are no records of the earliest human communication. We can only speculate about how languages developed.

* Migration and Contact: Human migration and contact between different groups are the likely drivers of language diversity. It's probable that language borrowing and mixing occurred from the very beginning of human communication.

Instead of a single person, it's more accurate to think of language development as a long and complex process involving many individuals and groups over millennia.
