What languages are spoken by the Guna people?

The Guna people primarily speak Dulegaya, also known as Guna Yala, which is a language isolate, meaning it's not related to any other known language family.

While Spanish is the official language of Panama, where the Guna live, many Guna people are bilingual and speak both Dulegaya and Spanish.
