Who invented the first language or figured out how to talk?

No one person invented language. It's a gradual process that evolved over thousands of years. Here's why:

* No written record: We have no written records from the earliest stages of human language development.

* Evolutionary process: Language evolved alongside human brain development and social interactions. It was a gradual process of vocalization, gesture, and symbolism becoming more complex.

* Multiple origins: Different language families likely arose independently in various parts of the world.

Instead of a single inventor, we can think of language as a collective creation of early humans. They started with basic sounds and gestures, which eventually developed into more complex systems of communication.

It's fascinating to think about how language came to be, and scientists and linguists continue to study its origins and evolution.
